There is something about the sound of a Welsh Male Choir which sends shivers up the spine and fills the heart with joy.

The Australian Welsh Male Choir is renowned for its performances throughout Victoria, in a number of other states of Australia and in the UK. We perform as a whole choir at many functions including fundraisers, weddings, festivals, official ceremonies, special family occasions, small and major concerts and Church functions. We also do a number of performances each year in combination with other choirs, Chorale Groups, Band or musical group.

Our 2009 schedule is currently in progress and preparations for 2010 are also under way. We are always happy to discuss your requirements should you feel that a choir is just what you need. The Australian Welsh Male Choir has an extensive repertoire which will suit any occasion. An indoor venue is best suited to a choir performance but you can discuss your situation with a member of our Concert Committee.

The full choir consists of some 40 choristers but should you have only a small venue, you may find that a smaller chorus (cytgan fach) is better suited to your requirements. This Cytgan Fach will typically consist of about 20 choristers which will give you just as memorable a performance for the smaller venue. Our performances are available either on a fee for services basis or we can negotiate a joint entrepreneurial arrangement.

Our fees for performances are quite reasonable and include the services of our very talented Musical Director and Accompanist. We can also provide help in the promotion of your function.
